Senior Software Engineer

1. Conduct research, evaluation, and development of new products and technologies, including electronic software programming.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in electronic development. Experience in battery management system development is preferred.
2. Expertise in MCU product software design, proficient in assembly and C programming, with strong coding standards and design skills.
3. Familiar with the design and development of 51, PIC, AVR, ST microcontrollers; skilled in communication protocols like CAN, I2C, SPI, RS485, RS232, and low-level software development.
4. Experienced in developing BMS, energy calculation methods, and inverter software, with a background in electrical performance testing.
5. Proven experience in layered software development planning and management, with knowledge of common embedded operating systems.

3. Capable of independently completing the entire development process of BMS hardware and inverter hardware, including electrical performance testing.
4. Experienced with oscilloscopes, signal generators, surge generators, spectrum analyzers, and familiar with EMC/EMI protection design.

Overseas Sales Director - Europe and America

1. Oversee the operations of the overseas sales department, creating and executing sales plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

4. Experience in managing overseas exhibitions, including planning, participation, and client interactions.
